This course covers a wide range of skills clearly and concisely! The lessons and exams are thoughtfully put together and were a pleasure to follow.

I wish the first chapters had been more concise. Chapters 4 and 5 had too much information, were densely compacted, and chapter 5 was way too long.

Almost entirely this was a very clearly written and understandable course. Highly educational, and very satisfying to have earned a certification!

The course is broken into short sections and it's well-organized. I was impressed with the actors on the example phone calls! Great job, actors. :)

Great course!!! Just one thing for me. The speaker spoke way to slow for me. I got bored during the reading and started to lose interest at times.

Was direct and concise. Used the appropriate amount of time to convey the necessary information. Projected an air of competence and understanding.
