Advancing Women in Tech (AWIT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to catapult high-potential talent into tech leadership roles through up-skilling and mentorship. AWIT's global network is made up of technologists and partnering companies who are committed to changing the face of tech leadership. Founded in 2017, AWIT has accelerated the careers of more than 21,000 individuals through mentorship and by teaching the real-world skills required of product and engineering leaders at companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.
