I have taken a dozen courses online. This is the most challenging and fulfilling course I have taken so far. And I believe that the course shall be beneficial to all people in different walks of life.

Great course with a blended learning approach that fitted around my time well . Learnt a lot about happiness, some of it to be expected and lots of new research to suggest experiences rule in happiness for me

You'll think you already know many of the ideas presented in this course. But seeing the science and research behind many of the ideas is extremely enlightening and the rewirements are tremendously rewarding.
