I have taken a dozen courses online. This is the most challenging and fulfilling course I have taken so far. And I believe that the course shall be beneficial to all people in different walks of life.

It was a mind blowing and mind changing course. This particular course has completely changed my perception of happiness. I applaud the efforts taken by Prof. Laurie Santos from Yale University and Coursera.

This was a fantastic course on self-improvement. The research was presented clearly and in an interesting tone. I learned a lot about the things that help us to get happier, and to avoid the misconceptions..

This course was excellent. It was easy to navigate and go through each week. I had a very enjoyable time watching the lectures. I liked the quizzes and questions to prompt further reflection and application.

Excellent information, compellingly presented, and not too much of a burden while juggling work and life. And, at the end of 10 weeks, I both feel happier and have strategies to keep increasing my happiness.

Well structured and easy course. The teacher is really good and clear in her lessons. I recommend it to those who work with psychology but also to those who are curious to learn tools to improve their lives.

This course came into my life at the proper timing...The Science of Well-being helped me take responsibility to my own wellness. The courses are well though of and Ms. Santos knows what she is talking about.

Wonderful course. My one concern is it is said the course ended on the 30th. In such I had not realized the final assignment was due on the 23rd. The Professor is awesome. Lots of good tips. Worth your time.

Use it or lose it was my philosophy for confinement during the CoVid 19 period. I used it to open the door to positive psychology and online learning in general. CoVid has passed, Coursera has not. Next!
