Great course design in terms of structure, materials, expertise of speaker. Exercises support application and reflection, thus the learning circle (knowledge, application, feedback, reflection) is almost complete which is great considering this is a MOOC.

Great information on what really brings people happiness and how to pursue it. I like the various speakers, as wall as Professor Santos. There are really only 6 weeks of learning and then 4 weeks to practice what you learn. Highly recommend to anyone!

This workshop helped me go back to what I have learned over the years but never used for myself. I used it to teach my consumer behavior seminars and my research but didn't make the link. Thank you for helping me make the link and rewire my happiness.

This course has actually increased my happiness score from 5,7/10 to 8,1/10!

I recommend it to anyone who wants to become aware of the science behind happiness, and control their own wellbeing, rather than letting it be determined by the external factors

Not only does it focus on comprehensive coverage on all technical skills or action item suggestions, but it also provides theory analysis, and there is a 4-week rewire challenge at the end to help you actually make some changes, make a move in your life.

I absolutely loved this course and I think that I can say that with clear objectivity in that the course material was well organized, the lessons were all relevant, and the perspectives offered were broad enough to cover what bases needed to be covered.

I enjoyed the course because it helped me understand so many misconceptions about being happy and satisfied with YOUR life and not comparing it to someone else's life. Always find ways to be grateful for what you do have have instead of what is missing.
