Laurie Santos and The Science of Well-Being is amazing. The "rewirements" and life lessons of real happiness can be learned in this course. I'm truly grateful for taking this course and I'm committed to using the lessons in my daily life.

This course will give you actionable advice on how to make your life more purposeful and ultimately be more happy. Will it happen overnight? No ... but you will understand your current happiness level and develop techniques to improve it.

This course could not have come at a better time. With the pandemic, it was easy to get lost in a dark hole with all the uncertainty. Taking this course has allowed me to stay positive and use this time to improve/understand my happiness.

Very interesting! I really appreciated all the scientific research that was used and shared to help develop the understanding of how humans can be going about being happy erroneously. i have picked up some helpful skills on setting goals.

a very useful course for those who are interested in making oneself and others happier. The science is simple to understand but the practice would be what counts, which requires lots of efforts, persistence and flexibilities. Good lucks!

Great intro the psychology around well being and happiness. Learning how to change the way we think and approach certain things differently. Learning more about what really makes us happy and how it isnt necessarily the things we expect.

Easy to access. Interesting material. Very useful. I have studied positive psychology and mindfulness for years and used them in my work as well. So, I was a bit skeptic whether this course would benefit me. But it did. Highly recommend!

This was such a helpful course. Sometimes being motivated to make positive changes means understanding why we need to make these changes and how they are going to help. The professor was dynamic and engaging; she really knows her stuff!

If you are considering this, definitely do it. Very engaging videos and practical information. I watched the videos every Sunday and they were interesting so it didn’t feel like a burden. Then you get to practice things through the week.
