At a difficult and uncertain time with Coronavirus, this course has really helped me keep grounded. It is carefully researched, interesting and well presented, very well structured and full of practical ways to make sure that happiness can touch us all.

This course gives you the information and tools to develop new habits to improve your well-being. It also helps realising and adding some value to what you already have in your life, which is sometimes taken for granted. I totally recommend this course.

Rey useful course. I decided to take it when self isolation started due to covid19. Articles are interesting. Personal evaluations on strengths and well being were useful. the 4 week assignment was also a good tool to reinforce the learning from class.

I enjoyed this class and the material immensely! The only thing that i wish was different was the final assignment. I would have liked to have gone into more detail with my summaries on each point to further convey how much i learned with the material.

I enjoyed the lectures followed by specific assignments which helped me operationalize the content. It took me a while to register for the course but once I figured out how to use the format I could download the slides. This made reviews much better.

Nothing like being able to practically apply scientific evidence to enhance one's well-being. It was a true journey of self-exploration and knowledge during a personally and globally challenging time. Santos is engaging. Well worth investing the time.

Excellent class with a great professor. The material covered validated the positive things I've been doing to build a happy life. The assignments and lectures were motivating and encouraged exploration into ways I could improve my happiness to a high.
