I really liked the course. Lots of good information broken down. It reminded me how much I had forgotten! I would recommend it to anyone in the field or who is interested in learning more about it.

it helped me become aware of my own shortcomings and taught me to be sensitive towards myself and others as they are also humans and in their own journey! that is, if you look at the bigger picture ;)
