It is just a primer. This will get you a job in the chat-box helping people perhaps. Very unhappy worst $40 I ever spent. I have had zero job responses even from employers since taking this course. If Coursera can find me a job in this field granted the chat-box is all it qualifies you for then I will re-write this review.

Information overload, didn't really put the information to practice as well. Lots of things are thrown as you and not explained much or they are explained in a very brief manner. No labs to practice with and generally just loads of information that's briefly touched on and then quickly moving onto a new subject.

The script to follow along with for a majority of the course was plagued with errors. It made understanding the material difficult and frustrating when trying to take notes. I urge for someone to overhaul the script so its easier to understand. Extremely disappointing.

Very confusing. The instructor just read the AD topics and many other topics. He didn't show us practically. Many many things I didn't understand. Then I watched the topic on youtube for better understand.

Labs are crap, when you ask for help with a lab you are refereed to a third party. In the final graded lab the instructions are total shit. If this continues I will cancel my subscription.

It was hard understanding the instructor who spoke broken English. The inaccurate captions did not help. I had to get information from other sources.

why u deduct money without me my permission, cancel my subscription,, u hide all the option for cancel and refund

Poorly taught. Information is glossed over so quickly I feel like I learned little to nothing about the topics.

these course are very vague and haven't taught me much. There are better ways to learn online.

I am a system admin and some of the answers to the final test are incorrect.

Felt like this part of the course was way to long and not to the point!
