Great course if you are looking into the IT Field. Lots of great knowledge broken up into a manageable program. I lead a busy life and I was able to come and go as I was available and completed the course quickly.

They put this hard concepts in an easy way to motive people and not be afraid on technology as a fiel of uncompressible concepts if not simple and that if we put hard work and are consistent we can reach our goal.

This is a great introduction into the IT support realm. If you aren't familiar with what IT or technology in general, this is a great 1st step. The classes are easy to follow along with & they keep your attention.

this is really help for the begginers in IT and Experienced as well to get the course certificate from coursera.

This covered the fundamentals so much better than i thought it would. While i was familiar with most things there was enough new topics or more in-depth topics that kept my attention through out the course. Noice!

A solid introduction to Information Technology. A good refresher if you have some experience. Well worth going through all modules because if you are experienced you can do quickly and still learn something new.

Fun, Informative, engaging, yet challenging! The videos, online instructures, discussions, readings, quizzes and exams are easy to follow and allow for access to read again or watch again if you need a refresher.

Thank you so much for the Technical Support Fundamentals class. I learned a lot of basic computer information from it. I shared the knowledge with my family and we solved some of the computer problems together.

It was an awesome experience and I learnt alot of new thing about computer and how it works and helps human. How the internet works and how a establishment network is runned and troubleshoot and customer service

I recommend this course for anyone that would like to start in the IT field. It definitely give you the fundamentals education that you need before specializing in cyber security, admin, data science, and so on.

i am in a career change into tech and I loved taking this course to get a deeper knowledge of how a computer works. I am looking forward to completing more courses and get the skills to further my career in tech.

For people who dont have IT background it really gives an understanding on how IT works and for people who are in the IT and lost their passion it can ignite their love for IT again and pursue their dreams in IT.

For someone who has a 4 year degree in an unrelated field, this was a solid intro into an industry I knew essentially nothing about. Definitely excited to continue on with the other courses in this certification.

This course was a great introduction, however I think if there were more specific examples within the videos it would help those who are just beginning in the world of IT to have a clearer understanding of terms.

The best part of this course was the way it connects with students and whoever who is watching these videos. All the instructors seemed super friendly and I felt as if I was taking this in an offline environment.
