Some videos displayed Excel sheets that were very zoomed out, and it was very difficult to make out what the presenter was inputting into a cell.

Some things went unexplained before sending us into the Student Lead portion of an assignment. For instance, the scatterplot creation problem went without explaining how to switch the x and y variables, as tasked in the subsequent Student Lead problem.

Some portions even had outright mistakes. For instance, one of the quizzes had an incorrect answer as the correct answer; the answer claimed that a correlation of 1 implied that a rise of one unit of the independent variable meant a rise of one unit of the dependent variable. That's not what a correlation of 1 implies. That's what a SLOPE of 1 implies. A correlation of 1 means that an increase of one variable always corresponds with a consistent increase in the other variable. Not necessarily a one-for-one increase.

Other than that, this course was very informative.

The entire course was excellent. There is an issue with some of the Excel excercises on advanced filtering in week 3 - with instructions that were truncated and/or missing. Also, in theSUMIFS statements section of the culminating excercise, you have a formula error in the table for Salary Breakdown. The formulas in Column M are "=SUMIFS(Head_Count,Location_Name,$B189,Role,"Finance",AvgHourlyCost,">="&M$185,AvgHourlyCost,"<="&M$186). However, M186 is a blank cell, causing some ifs not to register any values. This in turn throws off the overall count of personnel, causing the table to erroneously total to 22 FTE when it should be 26. Deleting the <"&M$186 portion of the formula resolves it as well.

Other than those two minor issues, the course is outstanding.

All of the content for the program was excellent. The only issue I had was that the video quality on some of the instructor lead excel examples within the video was very small and I could not read it. I found it difficult to follow especially I had to go over it three or four times increasing the screen etc. in order to get what I needed from the instructor lead examples otherwise it was an excellent class. I believe it more than prepares someone not aware of all the capabilities of Excel to see the possibilities and to apply them going forward in business or in their personal life.

Well the course is simple ,concise and easy to learn. Frequently use function to solve a business problem are there in this course. I like the course and want to recommend for those who have basic understanding of excel. you will learn Vlookup and Data cleansing ,Logical function and Pivot tables and yes ofcourse some advance formulas in last week. The most i like about the course is explanation which tells what mistake can be done while using a particular formula and how to resolve it.

Overall a solid course. My general gripe is that this is a hard subject to learn asynchronously. In addition, some of the workbooks, may need updating for consistency and accuracy - for example throughout the Week 2 and Week 3 workbooks, the named ranges, and cells are inconsistent with the "answer" macros, making it challenging to check work. Beyond that, the Week 3 project workbook had instructions that were somewhat unclear.

I would give this course a 4.5 if I could. I liked the course overall, but felt that there could have been more explanations with the answers to the weekly projects. For answers I couldn't solve, I had to look at the solutions and back out the correct formula to teach myself sometimes. I thought the videos were very helpful, but sometimes hard to follow since the text being input in the video was hard to see.

This course gave me an advance in using Excel. it provided some tool and formula to solve accounting an finance issue in data. Although, there have a gap between self-project and video tutorials, it's more difficult and requires more creativity. However, It pressured me to spend more time on searching some stuff outside which make me more understand.
