对于同学互评这个活动，我有点疑惑。因为不是每个人都能按时完成这个活动，该活动不是我们每个人都可以决定的，要等其他同学进行评价才能完成。那么，要是其他同学不评价的话，我们这个课程是不是不能完成，不能领取证书啊？
