It's hard not to be contaminated by Jules' enthusiasm and engagement. He's great at giving context, both zooming out and in as required. Fully recommended.

Review for Agentic AI and AI Agents: A Primer for Leaders – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taking this course was an incredible experience! Agentic AI and AI Agents: A Primer for Leaders provided deep insights into how AI agents function, their real-world applications, and how to leverage them for business and automation. I particularly enjoyed the hands-on approach, which allowed me to apply what I was learning in real-time—especially building a custom GPT and automating workflows. The course structure was clear, engaging, and filled with practical knowledge that I was able to implement immediately. A huge thank you to Dr. Jules White for being such a fantastic teacher! His expertise and engaging teaching style made complex concepts easy to understand and apply. I truly appreciate the effort put into making this course so valuable, and I look forward to attending more of his classes in the future. This course has significantly enhanced my understanding of AI, and I’m excited to continue building AI-driven solutions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain a strong foundation in AI agents and their impact on leadership and business strategy! 🚀

Great course, especially for non-technical folks looking to get a first overview. Of particular interest was his idea of 'inverted interaction,' where we're asking the system to tell us what to do. That's a very helpful reminder that AI agents are supposed to figure out what to do, not just respond to prompts.

This course was a bit of a disappointment as it seemed to be a replay of the Custom GPT course. The material about step by step instructions and using both text and picture feedback was very good and new. But a lot of the other material such as RAG and creating a GPT were covered in other courses. I used to experience a similar level of frustration when I first started taking networking courses with Cisco. I'd sign up for a five day class and it wasn't until Thursday afternoon I learned anything new. It seemed like a waste of time and money. It might be better than to have a lot of mini-courses with duplicative content, to have a larger roadmap of courses that don't have to repeat. I understand that if students are given a grab bag of courses, you have to provide sufficient content to help them through that course, as they may not take another. But if the goal is to learn generative AI more fully, a program where each course builds on a previous one rather than repeats a lot of the material would be better.
