I am a CCISO and CEH certified, this garbage certification (Syo-701) is Typical - Excessive information for a technician. Inaccurate and incomplete information rife with gotcha quiz questions. Some videos (I believe four) were incomplete (seconds (19s) long but displayed on navigation as 15 minutes). There was also a video where the presenter says cut, and retake, after fumbling words. So, INFOSec/Coursera/CompTIA - do a better job. You guys are just making this a cash cow. I was able to get through the content or absence thereof because I have other certification.

It will be better if the wrong answer/option in quiz can having explanation as well, instead of only showing explanation of correct answer/option :)

Some videos are missing, some quizz questions have wrong answers.

Some test questions contained content not covered in the lesson. Many examples of regulations were US based. This is an international certification and should be instructed as such. The only international aspect was a reference to GDPR.

You don't get a completion certificate at the end of course. very sad. Lost my excitement.

Videos were not complete. And some of the correct answers on the quizzes were wrong!

Good information that is quick and to the point. 2 of the videos cut off early and were never fixed. It won't be possible to pass with only this class. The information was clear but the power point isn't downloadable.

Lecturer is easy to follow, though some videos cut off very early so the course is missing some content.
