Although the intro music is a bit annoying, it really helped me understand Sars-Cov-2 better. How this virus spreads and how contact tracing is used for the betterment of the community.

The instruction is clear and specific, the visuals and lecture do an excellent job of reinforcing the knowledge and concepts being taught. The phonecall simulations were super helpful.

Easy to follow and very clear. Recommended for those who want to pursue contact tracing or have stronger understanding of COVID-19 and public health protocol relating to contact tracing.
