The course is very helpful and interesting. There are questions in the test that were not included in the video and only in the reading. That looks to me as if the assessment is biased. Please consider it and review the questions on the assessment. Thanks.

Explanation is detailed but verbose. Cover all basic topics of excels, very complete. But, no hands-on practice or case study so far. Finishing this course very much feel like a chore. Wish they include case study which can make this more fun and easier to follow.

It's hard to understand beyond the instructors accent

Very frustrating, the pre-tests and exams ask questions not covered in the videos or reading material; reading materials provide links to multiple other sites and sources. The instructor mumbles and at times cannot be heard over the background music. Instructor says "OK" too much and is neither clear or concise in the instruction of what he is teaching.
