This is a great start. It also helps if you have a basic understanding of MS Word already. I would recommend this course to anyone who has never used Sheets or any other word processing app before.

The course was easy to learn. However, it would have been way more helpful if the step by step process of accessing various tools were shown in real time alonside narration.

Some of the features that showing in the videos does not work, some of the videos cutting up in the last five to ten seconds and I think if there would be a list after the Business Challenge if the person did the fastest and easiest way when doing anything, it would be very instructive. For example there are two ways to do putting link but the fastest way is choosing from the alingment above the paper.
