I enjoyed taking this course at my own pace and being able to return to videos when I didn't understand a certain topic. The topics were separated like protein , carbohydrates, etc each had their own video and didn't feel like I was overwhelmed with information. I recommend taking this class I felt like a had a good understanding of dairy nutrition after this course.
