It is a course that gives a great insight into data analytics. You may find it boring at first if you are anxious about getting into the main thing, but you will be missing a whole lot if you don't go through it. The videos were very helpful and learning was simplified. It made online learning awesome. I'm looking forward to the remaining courses

I am truly hooked with data analytics. In this course, you have to read every material and do every exercises in order to apply what you have been learning. In my case, it was effective because I was able to understand the topics. It was also advised to read and participate in the discussion because you can gain great insights from other people.

I really enjoyed this course and learning more about this field. Getting to see a very diverse group of people throughout the course, actually working in the field, and sharing their insights was comforting. Thank you for stoking the flames of knowledge for me and getting me passionate about my education again while finding a new passion as well.

This portion of the course has been very informative. I love the introduction and insight into the role of a data analyst and the steps used to gain an unbiased insight into data collected to assist with informed business decisions. There's so much more from this course that I can mention but will keep it short. I'm looking forward to the next 7!

i have known a lot about data analysis but this certification made me understand how to see problem that need to be solved. It also made me start seeing data everywhere around me. I did Operations Research and Statistics for my undergrad and went on to do an MBA. Most of the interviews I have been invited for have been practical, having to analyze data using spreadsheets or SQL which I was not familiar with but this course has helped me enormously, I now have an idea of what to do when I am faced with practical interviews

Great course to explain the foundational principles of data analytics and how a data analyst mindset can be achieved. When we are new to something, we may feel overwhelmed with the amount of subjects we do not know. This course helps us to calm down and understand that with steady and right steps we can achieve our goal to become a data analyst.

Data is actually every around us...while awake and at sleep, data is being generated. The most important thing is that this data can be used for amazing things. This course has opened my eyes to the availability of data and its usefulness. Instructors are really knowledgeable about the subject matter too. Thanks to Coursera for this opportunity.

Loved the course! It was not too fast not too slow. When I was lagging behind I got much time to overcome and catch in the pace. The materials are excellent. Also if anyone has the wish to explore more about any topic there are many references too inside this course. Overall Its a good package. Now moving towards the next course with high hopes!

Great way of approaching learning through use of video and reading. Keeping in short time spans allows for deeper learning and focusing on particular areas. I like that there are transcripts along with the videos to follow along. It helps not only to see and hear the material but also be able to read along which can help with better retention.

This course taught me to ethically distinguish data collection processes and their responsibilities, and different professions such as data scientist and data analysis. I would recommend a course that simplifies what everyone already knows and simply explains things like what is data science, these are processes, how do you do these processes.

Absolutely amazing course content all about foundation of data. Course contents are well structured! When I finished each course's topic, I'd eagerly waited to start another one. Teaching is conducted by the professionals who have industry experiences. Specially I like that the way of the course contents are moving on when we wrap up each one!

I appreciated the accommodation of Closed Captioning and the ability to take notes within the program. Having a video that included people within the field was reassuring that one was learning from experts. truly amazing, I appreciate the motivation and guidance and the fact that all who participated in the creation of this course were really welcoming and tried to make the learner comfortable, yes the road to becoming a data analyst is a long and hard one but starting and trying doesn't have to be as complicated as some courses try to show it.

This is a very good course. It helps the student to learn and retain information easily. It was very easy for me to learn with this program.

The only bad thing is we should have had more training in the R programming , which by the way has been renamed "posit" on the website. I had thought we would go through a program within the course.

This course is so well written and delivered... I loved every minute of it! And I especially loved seeing so many minorities represented here, from the tutors to the people drawings in the slideshows. That's equality!

This gives a great foundation for Data analytics. Instructors has done well in attracting students to fully engaged with the course. The most attractive part is each segment contains practice exam to make sure of skills of the persons who attends the ourse. I am grateful to the tutors and coursera and google to help to upskill my knowledge

I have no words about it .I am feeling proud to be a part of this course . I really Appreciate google because they designed this course very well.. I have learn many things from this ..I rate 5 stars from my whole heart..But there is only one issue , the fees of the course is high i am unable to afford it but really this course is very well.
