A high level overview of best practices for adopting generative AI in Human resources. A good start but I would rate higher if there was more impactful data conveyed in training. As is now it feels more of a conversation starter.

This information is broad and generic. It would be more beneficial if they taught how to use GAI and take advantage of its applications in HR, rather than just explaining what AI can do in this field.

This course is the equivalent of reading an article on what is AI and most people working in HR wouldn't learn anything that they don't already know. Really basic stuff.
