You will follow the OSEMN framework of data analysis to pull, clean, manipulate, and interpret data all while learning foundational programming principles and basic Python functions. You will be introduced to the Python library, Pandas, and how you can use it to obtain, scrub, explore, and visualize data. By the end of this course you will be able to: • Use Python to construct loops and basic data structures • Sort, query, and structure data in Pandas, the Python library • Create data visualizations with Python libraries • Model and interpret data using Python This course is designed for people who want to learn the basics of using Python to sort and structure data for data analysis. You don't need marketing or data analysis experience, but should have basic internet navigation skills and be eager to participate....

The last assignment took me several hours to complete. You may have to use Google in some situations. Just so you know. But I enjoyed this course no doubt.

I have a background in Pandas and Data Analysis. I took this course to kind of push myself and make sure my self taught ways were somewhat on par with whatever else is out there. That being said, this was a slog to get through. I got the sense that the teacher had a lot of kung-fu that they have themselves in the world of data analysis, but it did not translate well into teacher kung-fu. Anyways, there's some errors in the quizzes. The exams themselves aren't really worded precisely to what was needed. Like "find the right prices", well what is a right price? Oh let's look at the assertion to find out. Overall, there was a lot of neat things covered in this video. I was actually instructed to how valuable box plots are, for example. Something my self-taught background never picked up on. TLDR: Worth it, its a slog though.

I did not enjoy this course. I felt like the difficulty was raised compared to the other modules in this series. The instructor spoke WAY to fast during the span of 6–15-minute videos. Having to go back and reference those videos while doing the assignments was tedious. The assignment walkthrough was also a pain point. Even with 720p reading the guided answers on the video was difficult and also a pain to switch tabs from the assignment page. I had to use a third-party guide to have any sort of retention in this course. I felt like the AI grading some of the assignments also needs to be looked at. during week 2 I wrote the same code the instructor wrote during the review video, and it was still incorrect. I do not feel confident in what I learned using python and will take another certification to re-learn.

Victor is probably your worst instructor, can't even call him a teacher I didn't teach anything from him. He doesn't go over anything relevant, skips over important aspects of code that should be discussed, has countless errors in the module, and overall was not worth the cost. I used Khan Academy for this course. The assignments don't match the videos watched and in one point he mentions ax at the end of a video and than on the practice expects you to know what that is. The practice explanations....grab some coffee and an energy drink because the instructor who voices that is the most boring person on this planet. He sounds so bored while explaining that its not worth listening to him. This was a waste of money and time. I will definitely tell everyone I know (including on socials) to skip this course don't fund Victors awful shotty effort. If you want to teach you should be 1. Organized 2. Prepared 3. ABLE TO EXPLAIN This module should've had more 1. Practice questions throughout the videos - multiple times it appears there were supposed to be but video skips over that section 2. Better instructor - find someone who is willing to actually explain the information. Coding isn't easy at first but it is if your teacher actually explains 3. Answers are wrong- This module is riddled with incorrect codes, incorrect answers to tests, and incorrect explanations to key and basic steps. I reported most of the errors and issues but I am new to this whole thing so I was only able to find a ~42 errors in this entire course. *ALSO I GOOGLED ONE OF THE TEST QUESTIONS I GOT WRONG AND GUESS WHAT GOOGLE AND CHATGPT STATED THAT THE ANSWER IN THE TEST WAS INCORRECT. SO FACT CHECK AT LEAST. WHAT A WASTE OF 2 DAYS
