Best online course I've taken in a long time! Plenty of hands on work projects. You can't read about technology and learn it. You have to work with it.

This was a pretty interesting course. I am planning on taking a few other courses offered. I would recommend Coursera to anyone who is interest in IT.

Very helpful introductory course teaching the fundamentals of technical support, preparing the student for a much deeper dive in the following courses.

Good introduction to the basics of IT. I believe the fundamentals are the most important part of the IT field, and mastering them are always a benefit.

The modules are in depth, but explained in a manner that can teach even someone who has very little experience with anything IT related can understand.
