Loved this course and how all the basics are covered for IT beginners. Looking forward with the next step in the process of my IT career.

Nice! Feels good to finish! I really liked the class. I have many years experience and I learned new things!! Very glad I took the class.

I learned a ton of new information. It was really refreshing to receive all this information, and then apply it to real-world situations.

Seems to be a pretty good intro course to get anyone into the suject matter, but definitely not as exhaustive and rigorous as CompTIA A+.

I wish there was more exercises with Bash, but overall a great course. Getting hands on and remoting into a VM was the best part of it!!!

The course really gave me the knowledge of what an IT Support Specialist should know and what they will be doing on the day to day basis.

I felt that this course was very very detailed and descriptive and did a lot in helping understand the basics of what it is that IT does.

Very nice course that will give you great fundamental of what IT is all about, not only technical but soft skills that is very demanding.

Thankfully it seems that I already knew this, but it did teach me a few more things and give me a different and more in depth view on it.

Excellent course

I learn all the fundamental concepts of Computer hardware, networking, operating systems, security, troubleshooting etc.

Very good course for IT Technical Support Fundamentals. I would recommend this course for anyone thinking about getting into IT Support.

This course does a great job with introducing people to tech support and makes them feel welcome to the field. Very informative and fun.

Better than I expected! It was well thought out, organized and a great way to kick off the series of courses necessary for certification.

It was great learning fundamentals of technical support. Though it was foundational, but it was quite professional and fully explained .

Informative for a beginner like myself. I don’t believe this alone is going to get you a job but for sure a step in the right direction.

All the instructors were great at teaching the respective IT modules and breaking it down to where anyone can pick it up and understand!

Very informative. I went through it to refresh my knowledge. It was a fun experience relearning stuff that would otherwise be forgotten.

I enjoyed that it catered to my learning needs, I learn best hands on and I was able to learn doing just that with hands on practical's.

Great crosssection of materials covered and breadth of instructors who are informative at an introductory level in each of their fields.

This is an excellent course refresher for someone who studied IT after a decade of being stagnant. Highly recommended. Thanks, Coursera!
