Great introduction to IT, loved the resume and interview portion at the end, most certifications wouldn't cover something like that.

This is a great course to start IT Support Certification. It contains lots of basic information about the IT world and it's helpful.

Even though I ran into some issues with the labs. This course is really helpful and a good start for anyone wanting to get in to IT.

It really did introduce and then supply a backbone for IT fundamentals. It reminds me of the High School class I took way back when.

Great class. It covers the thing we've been taking for granted and never really took a deeper look at how it works behind the scene.

It wasn't difficult because they just covered the basics. Eventually the course will get harder if you want to get that certificate.

Even the terrorists deserve education. Is it because I was born in Sudan that I can not take a certificate and I am a terrorist? WTF
