This course can be life changing if you implement the concepts. I loved the professor and also loved the podcast that further goes into more detail about the things that actually bring us happiness.

The course is very scientific and research orientations and teaches us some useful tips about being happy, avoid the trap of miswanting and also how to overcome hedonic adaptation. Liked every bit of it.

Awesome course. I am in awe that Yale offers this high quality course at no cost to individuals. I told my sister about it. If young people will get this NOW, the suicide and divorce rate would go DOWN!
