I studied for a LONG time for this and it paid off. I'm taking this certification for preparation towards the Security+, so far, I think it's doing a good job at preparing me for it.

The quality of a lot of the videos was poor. The automated voice sounded drunk, some of the clips had people on the phone with loud beeping over it.

Just IBM employees talking over power points. Nothing practical for the day to day job. I cant see how this waste of time disguised as a course specialization can make you competitive in the job market. If you want to learn for fun, there is still better resources than this.

Very unpolished and unprofessional. Transcripts were full of typos, lectures were delivered by people who seemed not to have seen the script before being put in front of the microphone, the labs were non-functional, etc.

Again poor audio and poor engagement tactics.
