The detail of the course gives a very good insight into the impact of colonization on indigenous people which has helped me have a greater understanding and awareness of the complex issues facing our indigenous people.

The course is excellent . I learned so much from the modules on the treaties, Indian Act and the impacts of colonialism on Indigenous peoples. Hoping the contributions of Inuit artists can be included in the future .

A great starting point for learning about Indigenous history and the diversity of Indigenous cultures in Canada. The incorporation of artwork, interviews, and storytelling added a deeper meaning to the course content.

This course has been a clear, easy to understand, history of Indigenous peoples in Canada. I appreciated learning through many different modalities. I particularly liked Leah Dorion's Art at the end of each module.
