Commencement Rehearsals Location Change
Due to inclement weather on Wednesday, May 21st and Thursday, May 22nd, rehearsal will be in the PEC Arena.
Commencement Rehearsal takes place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6 p.m. and on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. Graduation candidates need to attend only one rehearsal.

Commencement Speaker - Dr. Lawrence T. Brown
Coppin State University welcomes Dr. Lawrence T. Brown, author of The Black Butterfly: The Harmful Politics of Race and Space in America.
Commencement Tickets
To access your tickets:
- Go to https://www.ticketreturn.com/CSU/
- Enter your Coppin State email address and password
- Select "Request/Claim Ticket"
- Select “Event - 2025 Commencement"
- Select "Request Tickets". Each student will receive ten (10) tickets.
Graduates will then allocate tickets to friends and family members using their email addresses or cell phone numbers.
If a child can sit on an adult lap, a ticket is not required for that child.
