The video interaction between the case/contacts and contract tracers was very informative. Quizzes after each module helped reinforce material covered. Plain language and short modules help with the self-paced learning.

I am not a contact tracer now and not going to be one, but I think the course did help. It not only provides some basic knowledge about COVID-19, but also some communication skills and something about ethics and justice.

The course was easy to follow and understand. There was immediate feedback to help you process the information. It helped dispel the misinformation circulating with clear and concise explanations and real life scenarios.

This education is invaluable! Even if you aren't able to serve your community as a Contact Tracer, you can use this to help educate your friends, family, and neighbors and possibly prevent transmission through education.

Thanks for providing a professional and helpful training course that gave me a good background in the disease and in how I might help with limiting the transmission. Interesting, good graphics, accurate, and personable.

I really enjoyed this course. It gave a comprehensive understanding of covid19 and also the ability spread knowledge of coronavirus to many people. The modules were very informative and the quiz questions taught me alot.

The course was easy to follow and understand. The questions and answer choices were clear.

I haven’t yet found where to submit my coursework completion in order to be a candidate to become a candidate as a contact tracer.

I learned so much about the virus and actually enjoyed studying and taking tests!!! Would recommend taking this course. I will be looking at other courses outside of this as soon as this pandemic has eased it's tensions.

I have learned a lot about COVID-19. More so than I have learned at work. I enjoyed the course and was able to complete it while doing my scheduled school work. I'm thankful I was able to take this course free of charge.

Very intuitive virtual class design. The course itself was a bit tough, rightly so as the COVID19 pandemic requires individuals to get smart quickly about the illness, how not to get sick from it, and how to help others.

This course provided a direct, easy to understand curriculum. A few of the questions were a bit confusing, but I am sure data on the number of wrong answers could identify patterns and which questions may need adjusting.

It's a very good course and there are so many new things, especially in terms of communication skills. We hope this course will benefit other tracers and improve contact tracing to make it more efficient and effective.

This course has amazing detail and was thorough in explaining every portion of contact training basics. Although I was a beginner, it is perfect for every level of learning if you need a grasp of the basics in the job!

Excellent course for beginners or more experienced contact tracers. I am from the UK, some of the information is more US based however still easy enough to follow and works with your countries policies and regulations.

This was a really excellent course, very informative, emphasized important topics through engaging exercises. While some modules were fluffy, this has been one of the better online courses I've used as a medical student

this Covid 19 Tracing Course just helped me to know more about something that is still on going, something we wish had been stoped at prior time, now just haveto live and fight it with the most precussion on health care
