I found this a good overview of the types of things I will need to consider to be a contact tracer. I feel I will be much more prepared both for the interview for the job and for the specific training offered for my location.

The COVID-19 Course offered the many aspects of Contact Tracing from the initial call to reaching the contacts. It also addressed the important aspects of how to handle the call. It was helpful with an excellent presentation.

From non-US citizen point of view, what US authorities and educational organizations let us known COVID-19 and epidemiological and coaching style tracing methods like this course for free that is amazing and so impressed me.

This course gave a comprehensive overview of the contact tracing process. It is beneficial for those who want to be a contact tracer or for those who just want a better understanding of COVID19 and how contact tracing works.

This course was very easy to understand, the information was very clear and precise. The summary at the end of each chapter was a bonus in helping you review the data you had just read and let you understand it a little more.

This course was very educational AND challenging! I appreciate the style in which the instruction was carried out; it allowed me an opportunity for constant review of what I learned and helped me to better retain information!

This course was very clearly explained. I liked the audio and visual reinforcement as well as the mini quizzes which helped prepare for the final exam. The videos of various plausible scenarios were realistic and credible.

I really enjoyed this course and in spite of working front line in hospital. Well put together and I like you can work on it whenever you like. I think it takes a bit longer than the 6 hours they approximated it would take

I think that this course is very helpful right now that we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Being able to understand this virus even just a little lessens the panic and anxiety that many of may feel because of it.
