This class is well presented, quick, and easy to understand. It has helped me to learn so much about COVID 19. The data and calculations are well explained. The quizzes are short. Short quizzes are good, especially for busy people.

It was an enlightening and informative module, it made me understand more base on facts not hearsay the true nature of Covid 19, how to do contact tracing, and the right manner of communication with persons infected with the virus.

Very informative course. As a former Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, it was good to learn about this new pandemic and how I will actually be able to apply the skills and experience that I had from the pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent introduction to contact tracing. I like that Dr. Gurley covers the mechanics (the what, why), but also the how. That's a huge part of contact tracing and I feel confident that I have a good foundation for getting started.

Well-paced and the lessons were very clear and informative. I feel more prepared for contact tracing responsibilities and how to communicate effectively during this difficult time and future times when contact tracing is necessary.

Good overview and presented in a manner that allowed for completion without rushing. As a MPH-phn I felt this is a program that an untrained tracer can learn the initial basics and be successful with other support systems in place

Instructions and explanations were very clear. Excellent visuals. I did not find any of it "difficult," although some sections were more complicated and intricate. "easy and difficult" were not the best words for offering feedback.

The course was well structured and was easy to follow. The information was succinct, engaging and reinforcing as to the messages we have been receiving and the information that needs to be collected in order to curb this pandemic.

This course really help me to understand more about COVID-19, from how it started and become a pandemic, how to detect SARS-CoV-2 virus, and contact tracing. The newest things i learn is about communication as a health department.
