Its a comprehensive course complete with videos of scenarios on communicating to a COVID-19 case and how to manage them on the call. The modules are easy to understand and covers the most essential topics for contact tracing. Thank you!

The use of technology was smooth and well put together. No glitches or stopping. Kept my place when I had to rapidly shut down my workspace. Online course was a reminder of how to build rapport with the cases but to show more empathy.

Easy to follow. Good ratio of videos to quizzes. Videos well produced and clear. Quizzes could be longer. Would like more feedback at the end of the final exam. For a course like this, understanding your mistakes is extremely important.

Excellent course! Very detailed as it offers background on the disease and an understanding of how it is transmitted. Even as someone who won't necessarily be a contact tracer, I found the course very informative and would recommend it.

Great course. I would only add more examples of amount of time for quarantine vs. isolation. CDC guidelines just changed August 5, 2020 so this part of the course could've used more scenarios to go over. All in all a wonderful overview.

Very helpful information, the pace of the course was just my speed and allowed for reflection, and I feel I am walking away with a solid foundation to take with me to my new volunteer role as a Contact Tracer in my community. Thank you!

This was very helpful in learning what the contract tracing position entails, how the system works which includes what it's purpose is and what it is not for. It also gave a good overview of what is known at this time about Covid-19.

This was a very mind opening course and I’m happy I was able to complete I now have better understanding of Covid 19 and now know the proper steps I may need to take if someone I know need help or info on what the should do if infected.

On the quiz I didn't read the asymptomatic question correctly.

Also, I did not assess my question on the reflection answer.

So I see where I made these simple errors and will be mindful in the future to these details.

A great course to become a good contact tracing with comprehensive knowledge COVID-19, communication starategies and implementation of technology , and how to deal with complexieties at different levels during tracing cases and cotacts.

Very informational. I found this course to be easy to follow. The quizzes after each section were helpful in making sure the content was understood. I also felt that the video examples showed how to and not interview cases and contacts.

This course was very easy to go through and to understand. It did not take me long, less than three days at the rate I was going. I would take this course again and any other course like it. I am now a certified COVID-19 Contact Tracer!
