A lot of people may be willing to volunteer as contact tracers but might feel they aren't qualified to help. This helps people familiarize themselves with public health information that's key to tracing in an easy and informative way.

This teaches you much more than quarantine and isolation. This teaches you ethics and other necessary tools to understand what COVID is and where it comes from. This will make you a much more cautious person one you take this course.

The one annoying thing to me was that she started almost every sentence with the word “So”.
