I like this course because it made me clear the objective of contact trace and some sensitive topics regarding the course. I like it was simply explained and could understand it despite I have never been in contact with those topics.

This is a comprehensive training course in contact tracing for those with Covid-19 and their contacts. It is a very easy course to understand as long as you actively pay attention. I was able to complete it in 3 days of focused work.

It has been a great learning opportunity not just only COVID-19 and historical information but also how people can talk to people with empathy in active listening. It can be applied to a lot of cases of human interactions. thank you.
