Everything was perfect. I would have loved it more, if you offer the facility to re-attempt the wrong questions alone, for a second time. It was pretty much difficult for me to re-attempt all the 40 questions from the beginning.

This course was extremely helpful in understanding more about COVID-19, contract tracing, and communication best practices. All of these areas will help me personally and professionally, whether or not I become a contact tracer.

Great course featuring how to relate to your contact/case. Information on incubation and infectious times very good. The hardest part for me was different question types. Open, closed, probing and leading. But I finally got it.
