I have learned so much from this course. Most of the things about contact tracing were new to me. But At the end of the course, I feel confident that I will be able to conduct proper contact tracing if necessary.

This was a well developed and informative course. It taught me a great deal about COVID-19 and the effects it may have mentally on the people that may have or came into contact with individual who have the virus.

Course was easy to understand and complete. If you try, you can finish it quickly, though they give you more than enough time to pace yourself throughout the week. The information was easy to understand and clear.

I liked everything except the female who played the contact tracer on the phone she appeared medicated and sleepy at times and her voice was annoying as well. Other than that I liked it very easily to understand.

I love how this class was structured. I was able to learn a lot, and I feel a lot more prepared if I choose to apply for a contact tracing position or if I would like to help my family and friends out. Thank you!
