Great course! I learned so much even though I have taken other courses to stay informed about COVID-19. The instructor is easy to listen to and presents in a way that you can learn and remember the information.

The course covered a lot of information, yet was so clear. I feel confident I can go out and provide outstanding service as a Contact Tracer. I have begun to revise a resume and send out inquiry letters so far.

The information provided was presented in a manner for both healthcare workers and layman alike. Though Layman would like to view the info a second time, or revisit each section, before moving on to the next.

Easy to listen to and learn. Great real-life phone contact between contact tracer and cases or contacts. If more of the public took course, there might be less resistance to wearing masks and staying informed.

This course helps us to know the basics of SARS COVID-19. It will be really helpful to have a better understand how public health department is working/helping the community to prevent the spread of the virus.

I work for a county health department. While contact tracing is not part of my job description, I am called on to provide information at work and in my community. I feel better prepared with information now.

Whether an individual intends to be an active contact tracer or not, this course provides for a common language and context for discussing stopping the spread of Sars-CoV-2. At present this is all we have got.

Thorough breakdowns of possible situations and overcoming those challenges, simple enough for all to understand at any age. I did enjoy the pace of the course, however, it could have been sped up a bit more.

I enjoyed the instructor, the slides and ability to read along and switching over to the slides with the ability to take notes. It was well presented, difficult but because it was important material to digest.
