Great course and lots of good information. I am using this to possible get a job as a contact tracer, however this is good information for citizens to know and be more informed.

This course starts from the very basics of coronaviruses and progresses onward to put the contact tracer through the necessary skills needed. It is clear and easy to comprehend.

I think that this course lays out what Contact Tracing is and how it helps contain Covid19. It also provides useful things on how to communicate with people as a Contact Tracer.
