I learned a great deal. This course was much more detailed than the NJ course. The videos really helped to show how to talk to a contact or a case. It was a great course.

I really enjoyed this course. The course layout was very easy to follow. There was a lot of information, but the format helped put it all together in a logical progression.

The course has a clear presentation and is "forgiving" in that unlimited attempts are allowed for all quizzes except the final assessment. I learned a lot! Is there a week 2?

I was aware of a lot of the symptoms and such through the media, but this course opened my eyes to the extend of the risks and how contact tracing can help end this pandemic.

There's a lot of good information and training for a contact tracer in this course. easier to do but since there's a lot of information included takes sometimes to finish it.

Excellent course! I thought I knew a lot about COVID-19 before the course; however, this went in depth to explain the emotional side of those that must isolate or quarantine.

Very well designed and put together. Flowed well from one section to the other and knowledge checks were helpful but not overbearing as some other courses. I learned a lot.
