It is obvious that considerable thought went into designing this course and the videos. I feel that I was was able to understand the main concepts without feeling overwhelmed.

The course was actually pretty easy to get through. I managed to finish it within three days. Definitely recommend it for those interested in IT, but don't know where to start.

Excellent course that covers the fundamentals of the IT field. If you're new, this is a good introduction. If you're experienced, this is easy to breeze through as a refresher.

I have just started the course and till now it is looking very informative and easy to understand. thanks to Google for providing such a productive course for learners like me.

When it comes to introduction to computers and computers' functionality, Technical support fundamentals is a great start. Very resourceful and well articulated for a beginner.

I gained a new knowledge from this course like troubleshooting and the most i want in this course is how to prepare in the interview if the day comes i will try to apply work.

The only real downside I could think of during the course was a bit of outdated info, but honestly it's probably for the best, since that info is still used in the modern day.

Materials are very straight forward, and clear to understand! the mini quizzes at the end of each module, are great to test what we've learned, up to that point. Thank you.

Wonderful course and nice lab exercises. Seemed extremely beginner but parts related to OS and building a computer from scratch was surprisingly well recorded and elaborated !

Great course - loved the resume and interview know-how portion of this. There should be more courses to train users on how to get into interviews and successfully master them.

Great course to get your foot into a technical field in IT. It covers a broad spectrum, regardless of your experience, and gives you the tools to understand the concept of IT.

I'm hoping this is the start of my career, I think everyone involved did a good job putting this course together to help start tech people. And I feel lucky to be a part of it

This was a great refresher IT course for me as I have been out of the field for a few years. I also learned some new skills that I had little to no knowledge of. (ie: Linux)
