Great course to start off with in the Google IT Support track. It's modules are concise and provide a good foundational knowledge to prepare for the courses that follow it.

This is a great course to get started. Even though I had fundamental knowledge of this courses before attending. Google gives a great look into a entry level help desk role

The course was clear and good for learning the basics they wanted to instill. There was also interesting extra content in things like the overclocking supplemental reading.

Technical Support Fundamentals is a great course to take. All the instructors are knowledgeable and engaging.

This course is very good as it works well with someone who is a beginner. I had basic computer knowledge but this course really helped me so much by teaching me new things.

The overall course was excellent. However, can you have an option of making the glossary terminology sorted by their corresponding categories instead of in alphabet order.

i love this course just missing one thing that this course should have urdu subtitle because most of the user from asia pakistan and indian where urdu is national language

Decent information for the price. Worth going through just for the customer support and interview sections. Good place to dip your toe into and gain a cert along the way.
