I took this series of courses as a refresher before finally going back to work, and I'm surprised I was still able to pick up little nuggets of new information even though I am completely familiar with most of the stuff being taught. This really helps a lot! :)

Very thorough and comprehensive. Its reassuring to be learning from people who are accomplished in the field and come from a variety of different educational and social backgrounds. This course left me feeling inspired to keep going and pursue a position in IT.

After having already built a strong foundational knowledge in IT support from my previous work experience I felt that Google did a great job in re-instituting some of that knowledge with this course. I look forward to completing the other courses in this track.

This is a really great course. It is perfect for beginners, and those who are trying to expand their knowledge base. I knew a lot about computers going into this course and still learned many new things. I keep bugging my friends to sign up for this. Excellent.

I feel so empowered to use tech in an in-depth level. I feel a lot more confident in my skills and knowledge to attempt fixing tech. This is the first certificate I have earned since high school, it feels great to finally be able to put something else on my CV

I have very wonderful experience learning through this course on Coursera, as my financial aid application approved, i started to learn this course, the course outlines also gave me the professional knowledge, and it will help when i apply to a IT Support job.

Easy to understand. You have control to watch and replay the information you need to go over again. This was really helpful to someone like me who is out of touch for so long and getting back to familiarize back into the field along with all the developments.

I'm glad i had done this coursera it was fanstastic to learn new things at my own time. All the tutors explained it very simply and it was an enjoyable expereince for me. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the Fundamentals of Technical Support.

Loved this course. As a 28 year old who thought he was pretty technically savvy, this course opened up my eyes to a lot more concepts and things I didn't know. My mind is glued for more knowledge concerning IT and i'm happy for the future as my skillset grows.

Very good set up of course I’m happy that correction was made when errors happen on the videos, needs to be just a tad bit more cell friendly but hey.. I ran the VM on my cell! how awesome! I loved this and it’s a good refresher if you have some IT background.

The course really gives an insight into all the different fields the IT specialist can get their hands into. Leaning about how the world wide web works, how computer communicates with one another, how to build and repair a computer, and how to write my resume.

Though the information in this course has been very useful it is very short and not super detailed. You get a decent knowledge understanding of how things work but it does not offer much in the way of actually learning how to fix/resolve any technical issues.

I enjoyed a lot specially the practical stuffy thanks to Coursera and Google for giving me this opportunity to take the first step in IT Support . I am now looking forward to complete the remaining modules to enhance my knowledge and skills and get better job.

A very solid technical and theoritcal explaination of Support from experienced and energitic instructors from Google. great starting point for the people who about it support from 0 to intermediate level. Instructors are extemly good at what they are teaching.

This is a very great course to start IT support specialist .

I learnt alot in this course and it has been helping me career wise, i have been able to manage myself and also helps my human relationship (Customer service)

This has been such an amazing, eye-opening experience for me at a time where I thought I had a basic fundamental knowledge of how computers worked! I can't wait to learn everything possible to be able to assist others with any and all challenges they may face!

Great course, I think this is a great way to refresh and retake knowledge that can be easily forgotten due to the sometimes repetitive task that someone can face working as IT.

It's very useful! Even though I have some fundamental knowledge about IT, I can learn things from almost every minute in this course. The curriculum is very systematic and Google team made it easy enough for anyone to understand. BTW, the speakers are so nice!

Loved it! There was a LOT of information that was broken down into friendly, no pressure lectures and assignments. I appreciated the pop quizzes that were built into most of the videos. A big thank you to all that were involved in putting this series together!

This was a very informative course. I particularly appreciate the conciseness of the videos and readings. It's also simple enough for any leaner to understand regardless of background. I would recommend this course to folks looking to get into IT or up-skill.

Great course. I already worked in IT Support and have been dealing with IT for 20 years now, so I really didn't learn anything new, but the course is good and it's nice to have a certificate. The content quality and its presentation are top notch, seriouly.

I enjoyed working through the materials in the Technical Support Fundamentals course. Learning about the basic technical knowledge required for a career as an IT support specialist, as well as problem solving strategies and soft skills was a great experience.
