Very helpful in giving you the basics and foundation to build upon. I recommend this course even if someone has already taken something similar. It never hurts to level set and make sure your foundation for learning and understanding is solid.

Amazing, I loved all the teachers and hearing about their backgrounds. The modules were easy to follow and even things that I struggled with were easy to go back to and read along to get a better comprehension on. This program is just amazing.

Very simple and straight forward way of learning .really enjoyed my time learning step by step thru all lessons from day 1 till the end.Google did a great Job to put together such a content for people that seek a new career as IT Support Tech.

This course was great, it gave me the confidence to go out and try to get a job in the IT support field. I already had some background on some of the topics covered but there were a few missing pieces. This course put it all together nicely.

This is a great course. It gives me a blueprint of the whole IT support courses. It was taught easily that people with a little background like me would understand. Teachers' experience gives me a brief that I can find a job with hard-working.

Love the short videos with reading materials for further investigation. The format is simple and very well paced to allow the learner to absorb and retain information as well as get back to key areas for review. Thumbs up, Google and Coursera.

This course material might seem to you somewhat annoying, trivial, or unnecessary. However, it's unexpectedly satisfying and mostly does its job. I wonder how many lectors have been laid off in G*'s recent laying off of 6% of its workforce...

Great Course !!!! I enjoyed watching every video provided in this course. The instructors provided great real-life examples that helped me understand the most technical fundamentals of binary, operating systems, hardware, software, and so on.

I loved this course. All the info shared was easy to understand, the pace was really good (I made notes the whole time) and it also was very nice to see that all people teaching us in this training just love what they are doing. :) Thank you.

Great basic course of IT. Nice sections that helped pull it all together. My only nit would be that the instructors were all looking to the side, perhaps reading a script? Would have been more personable if they looked straight at the camera.

Really great job at slowly explaining the basics. I moved a little faster because there were certain things I already knew. It's awesome that you can go as fast or slow as you want. And the content that is taught is also tested. Great course.

Decent course that kept my attention and was broken down to manageable sections. If I ever felt overwhelmed it was easy to go back and review the pertinent videos without starting over or wasting considerable time looking for the information.

From someone who has been in a specialized area of IT for years, I would highly recommend this course. It's a great intro. to the world of IT and will help you understand just how many areas you can learn about and what doors are open to you.

Really enjoyed this course and I learned a lot of new things. Especially trouble shooting and making sure to document my issues when I resolve them. Also knowing a little bit about networking and how the internet impacts us in a daily bases.

technical support fundamental course is a very detailed and exciting course,i am glad i was able to complete the course because i have been able to learn all about the fundamentals of IT support and how i can apply it in my work activities.

This course made you feel that you can have a career in IT with the right mixture of videos, reading and virtual labs. The fundamentals in IT support is really needed for someone to get their foot through the door in an entry level position.
