Very worth your while! This course is for you if you want your habit to change within 10 weeks. You must have the dedication, time, and commitment so that you may accomplish an achievement with this course. This has personally helped me ensure to get myself through during these hard times. This course covered everything I expected and then some! Some of the things discussed such as meditation, exercise, and gratitude I was familiar with but getting exposed to the imperative nature of social pressure and environmental conditioning has helped me build strong positive habits that sustain my higher self!

Truly an excellent course! I have highly recommended The Science Of Well-Being to every parent, coach, counselor, therapist, educator, and friend I know. Ideally the information being taught by Dr. Santos in this course will become a part of regular conversation and classrooms around the world. It IS that valuable.

Excellent way to systematically work things into your life to make you happier. Also interesting to learn the science behind things. If you are a little time crunched like me, the great thing is that you can listen to the videos at 1.25 or 1.5 speed and be able to take everything in. Thank you Laura for the course.

Es un curso extraordinario, te muestra que ser feliz es más fácil de lo que imaginamos, solo tenemos que darnos cuenta que la felicidad no es un puerto de llegada, la felicidad es el camino que recorremos día a día, y como lo vamos interpretando es lo que va a hacer la diferencia entre estar Feliz o no estarlo.

I really enjoy the course. It helps you to find out the thinks you should change in order to have a healthier happy life and gives you some tools the improve your habits.
This is not a hippie theories coourse, it shows you real evidence obteined in a bunch of studies of prestigious neuro-scienties and psycologist.

This course is brilliant. Speeding through this course as fast as possible will gain you very little. The irony can be reflected as life itself. I only wish Dr. Santos' lectures went a full semester and I will gladly look to future development with the Professor's curriculum both via Coursera and, if feasible, through Yale online. There are so many useful tools in this and its really practical. The videos are easy to follow no matter what walk of life you are from. I don't have a degree and I'm dyslexic and I found it so engaging and I got a certificate so yay. I highly recommended it. Laurie is a great teacher, now I want to keep studying.

I very much enjoyed the course and the instructor. Given the crazy world right now with the Pandemic and the riots, it was nice to have a class that was designed for happiness and to help teach us things that maybe aren't common sense. The course is very well set-up in such a manner that it is not only easy to follow but also simple to implement; many examples of every day life are used, which facilitates understanding.
It applies to different individuals, different ages, gender, nationality, and life stage.

This course provides a sort of "self-help", which is applicable to everyone. This course goes beyond grades as it helps us to understand the psychological aspect of happiness, and gives us pointers that aid us to find meaning in our lives. I would definitely be retaking this course again for personal improvement.

In general, a great course to do. Really makes you be a better person, the material of the course is quite good. Overall, is a fantastic course. I recommend it!! You may think you know all the basics but then you take this course and see the actual science and data behind our behaviors and you fully understand what you need to do to change habits, focus on what's important in life and feel a stronger sense of well-being!
