This course is well worth the time and commitment and came out of this course with some valuable information and tools. I feel the more people that take the course, the better we can be as a society.

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

I'm not a native English speaker, but it was easy to understand and I could relate myself to many things. I'm happy that I took this course and will try to keep thinking and actually doing what I learned from his course, as I'm positive that it will make my life better and maybe the people's around me:)

This course was interesting and enlightening. Laurie is an engaging teacher and I really enjoyed the courses overall format. It has opened my mind to question why we humans do certain things and what influences our behaviour. This was not an area I knew anything about before. Would definately recommend.

I took this course as part of my company's wellness program. I found the information extremely useful and instantly applicable to my life. I was able to make direct changes, which significantly altered the way I think about my own happiness, and I was able to address areas that I knew needed tweaking.

This course provided a lot of insight on things that are really important to you the individual. My perspective on life has changed a bit. I've been able to maintain balance. The instructor is knowledgeable on the topic and the ideas and concepts are applicable to life. I thoroughly enjoyed this course!

I thought this course was a great little addition to my learning. Not to taxing and very apparent to my role and of course myself. Would highly recommend - I did try and do a few weeks worth of learning in one week but I would not recommend this - just do the recommended learning and enjoy the journey.

I thoroughly enjoyed the science behind this course.
When we reach a certain age we seem to disconnect with certain aspects of ourselves and this really made me look at myself again and re-group many aspects of myself, where I am and where I can be. Thanking you from South Africa with a grateful heart!

That's an outstanding course offered by YALE UNIVERSITY. Feeling privileged to be a part of one of the most reputed universities in the world. The instructor was fantabulous. I have learnt a lot about habit changing through numerous rewirements. I recommend everybody to enroll and complete this course.

I appreciate this course as there was a lot of interesting content. I was offerd attractive by video's and lot to read if you wanted to know more. The structure was nice and last but not least I liked the part of doing it and have your own experience on it. Well done it was a lovely learning experience

Great course! My happiness points have been increased as well as actual happiness feeling. Also, you will be able to find useful authors and statistics about happiness. All of this leads to the fact that being happy is not something abstract, but a real thing. I'm happy I spent my time on this lectures

This class will teach you the tools to achieve more happiness in your life. Dr. Santos presents them in engaging videos showing the science behind it, but also relating it to your life. I liked this class so much and learned a lot about how my brain works. I now listen to her Happiness Lab podcast too.

Professor Santos is an enthusiastic teacher. Her lectures were interesting, fast, on point and fun. I learned a lot and I enjoyed it. Concerning my happiness in the future, I can work on it, and if I miss a day or not paying proper attention, it's no problem, because this course have set a direction.

This has been an excellent course, with great videos backed up with written information and practical exercises. What is brilliant about this course is not so much the content (which is top notch anyway) but the fact that all of these scientific findings are all gathered together and cohesively presented in one place . . . it is all common sense but it is amazing how easily we forget to follow that common sense.
