I learned alot in my first course of the Google IT Support Professional Certification course. The instructors were great ! The content was enough to learn someting in just a few minutes. I would recommend this course to anyone that wants to refresh IT skills or for beginners that want to start in the IT industry. I am excited to take the next course. Thank you.

Easy to follow along to with the help of many resources such as videos, documents, and remote viewers that puts you in the shoes of an IT technician with steps to guide you along the way. Thoroughly enjoyed taking this course and learning a LOT of new information in regards to the IT field, computers, and even how to go about applying/interviewing for a position!

It's the building blocks. Very nice introductory course to get the feet wet and spark the curiosity into the world of IT!! The videos had little quizzes to make sure you're paying attention, the supplemental reading was informative and the VM(virtual machine...learned about that during the course ;) ) they implement really boost the experience. On to course two!

There is so much that goes into the world of computers and systems. This course did a phenomenal job of breaking it down and starting from the beginning to allow me to grasp necessary concepts for future lessons. The concepts are all interconnected so that is no easy feat, but they made it easy to understand something that I always thought would be above my head.

I was hesitant to start the IT Support Professional program because I was concered it was well beyond what I knew of PCs and Tech in general. I'm glad I finally started because the Tech Support Fundamental course covered a great deal of what I already new. The course left me with a sense of confidence as I make my into the networking portion of the certification.

If someone asked me did I learn on this course, I can honestly say "Yes I did". The course has structured the humble IT Skills I have aquired in the past. I got a lot from the "Getting Through a Technical Interview Section". It would also be good if there was a Customer Service trouble shooting simulator to use and practice with. Something to google and explore.

This course was very helpful. It gave a foundation of IT support. I was very confident with computers and technology before starting this course, but there was a lot of information that I didn't know until taking this course. The lessons were easy to follow and the labs were very thorough giving you lots of instruction and I never felt lost with what I should do.

This may be slow for folks already doing basic IT, but for those with computer navigational skills this is a great place to start to move forward. Even if you don't have an interest in working in this field, taking this course teaches you how to more effectively troubleshoot and think critically about whatever issues you might come across in your daily computing.

I think this course is a great refresher and introductory program for those interested in a career in IT. This will serve as a foundation that you can build a more technical skillset on. Teaching the fundamentals may seem not necessary, but it is the foundation blocks for success in the IT field. Thank you for putting together instructors that are in the field and that can relate to each of us on several levels. great intro course for people interested in IT without much experience. Even with all my knowledge as a network administrator, I learned a lot of things I was unfamiliar with with actual application and machine functions. The instructors appeared knowledgeable and the course was paced in a way that did not make me feel like I was out of my depth or overwhelmed

This course was great and filled with tons of information that is essential to getting into the space of IT. I've learned a lot and was able to reinforce a lot of the information I knew while I was growing up with the tech. It was amazing to see where we were and where we are now in terms of technology. The most interesting thing I learned in the Google Technical Support Fundamentals course was the importance of communication in technical support. Technical support professionals need to be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. This can be challenging, but it is essential to being able to successfully resolve user issues.

I believe the quizzes after each lesson were beneficial. The courses met the learning needs of various learning styles. An auditory learner and visual learner would benefit from taking this course. There were diverse instructors. Go Google! Additionally, providing learners with words of encouragement throughout the lessons were beneficial. Job well done!

I really enjoyed getting a brief introduction to each topic this course will cover before taking a deep dive into each topic. This allowed me to get a general idea of what will be covered, and it also allowed me to see which areas of technology I might be more interested in than others.
