Very fun course to re learn and start from scratch to get to know everything about IT, building a PC, setting up a network, learning about operating systems, basic computer functions, beginner coding, using Virtual Machines, working with customers, and preparing you for interviews.

The program is very informative. It’s easy to follow. The quizzes helped a lot. I like the fact that you can look at videos, over and over again, if you didn’t pass that lab or test. It was very rewarding reaching the end of a week and passing that overall test. You did a good job!

I thought that the course was excellent, informative, well-paced, and updates with the latest information were very helpful. I am a seasoned IT professional but picked up a number of interesting items especially in the hardware, networking, and customer service sections. Great job!

The course is a great eye opener for someone who knows nothing about IT and a wonderful refresher course for someone who think they do. I recommend it to every computer user. Whether or not you go on to an IT support role, the course is both edifying and profitable. Kudos Google.

Me esta resultando bastante interesante la traducción de los videos es bastante acertada con expresiones en mi idioma, aunque algunas traducciones de las preguntas son bastante literales y pueden llevar a confusión pero si manejas un poco de ingles puedes solucionarlo rápidamente.

This first course was so inspiring. Everything is so new for me, but this course is making it a lot easier to understand and like it. Of course, there is so much information that it is impossible for me to catch up with everything, but it's good to have an idea. Let's keep going!

It is a very well-crafted course. Students get to work with real examples, and it makes it such an amazing course because that is the way to learn and understand the basic concepts. Also, it is very resourceful, and it offers a lot of documentation to very interesting information.

This is an amazing course! The labs are super helpful to learn how to connect to others computers, troubleshoot it and write proper documentation. Also they'll show you how to work with customers and how to handle different situations you may encounter when dealing with customers.

This was a really great course. Most of it was a refresher for me as I have many years in IT, but no certifications. After leaving IT for a few years to work in Point of Sale (POS), I feel now is an opportune time to re-enter the IT field and pursue obtaining some certifications.

I don't come from an IT background but after this course, it really lays out the fundamentals of the IT field. I would recommend to anyone that wants to start in IT with no background. Its a good refershers, possibly, for those that have a little bit of experience in it as well.

Content is amazing and all the faculty who taught were great and thier way of explanation was just awesome and the best part of this course was that it had small videos to explain every single concept not long videos with boring teachers and sciprt. Gained good knolwdge about IT.

I found great how the lessons were relatively small, bite-sized videos, but still with all the relevant content, and even tips from experts on the field. I feel that kept me engaged and wanting to go for one more videos and eventually complete a whole section's or week's content.

Excellent intro to IT class. The course was very well presented and flowed naturally for someone with a novice understanding of IT. Being able to build a computer and perform simple coding exercises was awesome. And so was everything else I learned. This course builds confidence.
