Great course -- the videos were short, concise, and right to the point of what I needed to learn. I highly recommend this starter course to anyone who wants to begin their career in Information Technology and push themselves to greater heights. Thanks Google and Coursera!

This is my second course on Coursera but my first course with Google, and boy, I can see a huge quality difference wiht Google. I think this course is exceptional and incredibly well-crafted, thorough, and truly gearted toward the success of every student. Thank you, Google!

This is a great starter course for IT. Weeks 1 - 5 were very broad in terms of the technical information that you learn. However in Week 6, lots of great information about dealing with users that I ended up taking more notes during that week. And I plan on re-watching again.

I will most likely refer back to this, especially the interview and resume tips, this is all most definitely essential aspects to have both in life, and in the IT field, learning from scratch was no issue and that's an amazing feeling Google has helped me achieve, thank you.

Great course. I highly recommend students and people interested in learnng more about the field of IT to enroll in this course. Whether you're a beginner or intermediate level person it doesn't matter as long as you have a keen interest in learning and tinkering about stuff.

I really enjoyed the learning process throughout this course. The way different topics are discussed with a basic level of understand is the most attractive quality of the course. I definitely recommend this course to the people who want to start a career in the IT Industry.

It was a great experience. Most online or CBT is boring and does not have actual user involvement. This did and I liked that very much. I will continue to take these classes as I am an information junkie and the more I get the opportunity to learn the better. Thank you.

I've learned a lot about Technical Support Fundamentals and a lot of them I can directly apply to my computer systems at home and at work. It also satisfies my expectations to help me have the confidence to jump from my current industry to more IT oriented business or field.

This is a very fine course. The material covers board spectrum of computer technologies, with knowledgeable videos. There should be a more in depth focus on related lab material. But overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in the computer field.

Although most of this was a refresher for me, I really enjoyed the course. It was very well organized and the instructors were very knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed getting the background information from each instructor and details regarding how they got involved in IT.

This course is perfect for beginners. I learned a lot. Kevin, Devan, Cindy, Gian, Phelan, Marti and the others did an excellent job exposing their subjects with detail and precision. Thanks for your support. The quizzes and tests were challenging. I really enjoyed all of it.

The course is just wonderful, I want to continue studying as soon as possible. The best way to understand the basic principles is graphs and diagrams, I would like to see them more. From the complex positions I can note the study of Linux, I have never encountered it before.

Super useful information all throughout this course. From the history of IT, the hardware/operating systems/software components of a computer, and everything in between. This is a great introduction into the world of IT and I would recommend this to anyone interested in IT.

I enjoyed the online course and liked being able to work on the material at my convenience. Thanks for the great content and professional videos. I can't wait to start next class. I also liked being able to learn from one of the biggest and top companies in the IT space.

Getting into the course as a biological student was a bit scary but with determination and discipline, with the help of good instructors the entire course was seamlessly interesting despite the twist at times. I recommend it to all who want to start a career in IT. Nameste!

If you are a beginner, this course is best to give you a head-start, to allow you to learn the basics and apply them in your day-to-day work. People already familiar with computers or are using them for some time, may find nothing much special but all basics in this course.

A ton of information, broken down into short conversational instruction that were very easy to interpret and learn. Having the ability to pause any learning session and research a topic to add clarity was one of the most valuable aspects, made me feel like less of a novice.

I thought this course is great for someone who is transitioning into the IT field with little to no prior knowledge or experience. There may have been a few minor spelling errors but overall I enjoyed the course and I was able to navigate through the course pretty smoothly.

A wonderful introdution to Information Technology and support. No matter what your career goal is, web master, system administrator, technial editor, this module provides a solid foundation of understanding digital basics. . I am looking forward to the next module.

I just wanted to sat all of the instructors who taught these classes really made me feel like they were not only my neighbor but good friend as well. All of their stories were inspirational and I hope that they all continue to influence more people to learn and get into IT.

I really did enjoy this course. The subjects were broken down and explained in a way that I believe most anyone who knows nothing about computers could understand. This course has made me want to learn more and the people who put work in making this course, did a great job.
