A lot of helpful information and things that I did not know I could do, love the teachers and how they encourage you to keep going as it if was a real class with the real people haha loved how you can interat with the class but I wished I could message some classmates too

This is a outstanding course. It breaks down the basics of a computer. I think that this course should be put out to the public on youtube. This is just general all around knowledge of a computer that would be helpful to almost anyone that has let technology pass them by!

I have no previous knowledge in computers and yet I am able to successfully understand almost everything that is going on! They explain the lessons very well and go into detail, which is what someone like me needs. This is a great course so far and I'm only half way done!

This course is a great first step into the world of IT. This gives a solid base knowledge to build from to start a career and I'm happy I decided to take the course. Would definitely recommend to anyone just starting out or someone looking for a refresher on the basics.

I found this course to be informative as well as full of fun videos that were easy to understand. I also like how it asks questions during videos to make sure you understand. All around this will challenge you and strengthen your knoweldge of computers and how they work.

It's a great place to start whether you've learned some by on the job training or are starting from scratch. I started with learning some of this on the job but taking this course really helped me fill in the gaps in my knowledge. Cannot wait to get into the next course!

It was very nice that at this time in my life (46 years old), very old for the world of IT, I was able to learn the basis of IT from people that most of them could be have my age. Very informative and easy to digest even topics that seemed hard to grasp at the beginning.

Course is awesome and easy to understand. I had issues in the labs always. Getting connecting to the labs takes 1-2 hours and assignment will be less than 15 min. It really takes up the huge amount of time when a person is a full time working with other house hold duties

it was very fun learning everything about IT such as hardware, operating systems, networks, software, troubleshooting with coursers. Thank you for the tutors who explained and various quizzes that made me understand more and understand more deeply the material presented

Such a great course to get into IT, I really loved the enthusiasm of the instructors, the quality of the material an everything about it. I was already quite familiarized with IT, but I think that for a complete begineer, it may be difficult to understand every concept.

I really enjoyed the course the videos were short and to the point, I did like the animations and visual teachings those helped me. I would recommend for the labs perhaps a video about the process or more clear instructions, other than that I really enjoyed this course!
