I find it great that google has implemented a series of course to help people enter IT world. 4 year college degrees have become out of reach for a fair amount of people and it has created a divide. This is definitely something anybody would be able to access and learn.

This course is very informative. It actually teaches you concept of computer, the operation and its evolution from the scratch. The course offering is well laid out and interesting, you just will want to read the next slide. I look forward to completing the next module!

Este curso me gusto mucho, ya que se hizo parte, de soporte tanto escrito como en ejercicios prácticos y es lo que me gusta mas. aparte de hacer un mejor panorama de como solucionar un problema o mejor dicho como llegar a darle al cliente una solución adecuada y rápida.

Very good quality and nice the i can go at my own pace. very interesting and well made videos and tutorials, even though sometimes the remote access assignments required me to use CTRL+ALT+DEL, to go back and forth between the test and the directions, but overall great.

Friendly introduction onto a breath aspect of IT. But I feel there's a need to make self readings or research to understand the topics better, at the level I'm comfortable with cause the readings given can be quite a jump (in terms of knowledge level) from the videos :)

Awesome.I learned so much from this course. I think everyone should do this IT Support Certificate course. in this course all the contents covered by google employees and also they shared some ideas to know everyone who wants to be a better employee for an organisation.

An excellent introduction to a wide range of basic aspects of computing. The instructors use easily understandable examples. The whole breadth of computing is explained in a way that captures the mind of any interested mind: whether an advanced or a novel computer user.

Great core course that should be applied to anyone, not just IT support workers. This content is what I basically have been looking for for years. Thanks Google for the great styling, modeling and way of conveying information for retention. World class standard indeed.

I learned a lot of exciting ways to troubleshoot, communicate effectively, understand the problems and prepare potential solutions, network, solve hardware issues, handle different operating systems, and much more. It's an excellent course full of talented instructors.

This course has become my favorite, this course is way better than IBM technical support fundamentals. It has shown me so much what I needed to learn and this was the perfect decision I've ever made. I would recommend this course to anyone who's looking to get into IT.

Awesome course, I am so happy to complete the Technical Support Fundamentals course. This is only my first step to the career of my dreams. I have learned a lot of information ready to put down in the field, Still have a lot to learn but I am thankful for this program.

I have learned so much about the fundamentals of Information Technology. I loved learning about our history, so I can give proper credit to those who helped get us to where we are today. Every video and reading material was very straight forward and easy to understand.

Personally I liked the course a lot, if I could change anything I would change the lessons about the different internet protocols like IoT, NAT, etc. Everything was good just could have used a little bit more information and explanation for the questions for the quizes

I really enjoyed this class and the format it was presented in. For me, I learn and retain much more through an online class due to the fact you can do the course as an ¡§open book.¡¨ This really makes me search for the answer and in return, I retain more information. 

I am proud that and now I believe that I am on the right track in becoming IT Support Specialist, I had lost hope since I have not specialist in any field of IT , but now I am encouraged to follow this path and become what I am passionate about and I inspire to become.

This is a great course. I love the way that the training went and how they explain things in the course. Being in the IT industry for the past 9 years I still learned things I didn't know from this course. I highly recommend starting with this course and continuing on.

this course is changed my whole perception of how I thought it worked I thought it is a difficult field to get into but now I know that all I need is an attitude to solve problems and learn from them and a never dying curiosity of constantly updating filed that id it.

This course has given me the confidence to feel, " I can do this". Although I thought I was pretty good with computers and understanding processes but now, my eyes are wide open.
